30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Pinnacle Imaging Systems offers free 30-day trial versions of all our software which can be downloaded from our website. However, if you have purchased the software and are dissatisfied for any reason, you may receive a full refund within 30-days of the purchase date, credited back to the same credit card used for the original transaction. Simply contact our Customer Support department at support@unifiedcolor.com or call (855) 63-COLOR (855-632-6567) during business hours (9am - 5pm, Pacific Time). Feel free to leave a message if you called after hours. We will get back to you on the same or following business day.

What's included in the license?

The standard Pinnacle Imaging Systems product license includes a 2-seat installation — you can install and activate your product on 2 computers. The license is universal between Mac or PC — you can even install one copy on a Mac and one on a Windows machine.

Note: If you need more installations you will need to purchase additional licenses. Multiple-seat licenses can be purchased with discount.

How do I receive the license?

The licensing information will be delivered to you in email once the purchase is cleared. Typically this happens within a few minutes after the transaction is processed.

Make sure you use a working email address in the transaction details, otherwise we won't be able to deliver this message!

What's your upgrade policy?

All existing customers of a specific product version (e.g. HDR Expose 1.0) will receive free updates to any minor version update in the future. Major version updates or other products may be offered at discounts for all existing users.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. Our website implements fully secure checkout procedures, while conforming to a strict industry standard for credit card processing. In fact this conformance is mandated to be in place by our card processor Authorize.net, it simply wouldn't let us process any transaction if it would not be secure.

Can you refund my money if I don't like the software?

We recommend that you try the product for 30-days free of charge from here. The software trials don't have any limitations (no image watermarks or anything) — you can test it on your production images right away! You can make the purchasing decision once you're comfortable with the software. However, if you bought a product and decided to pull back, we'll be happy to refund your purchase, just let us know at support@unifiedcolor.com.
Note that before asking for a refund you will need to deactivate the license on all installations of software. We will issue you the full refund once we confirm you are no longer using the licensed product.
